STORY
For 20 years, Primary Homes has been “Your Reliable Partner” in real estate development. The real estate company partnered with Dual Story to develop the brand identity of their landmark project, Royal Oceancrest Mactan, their first mixed-use development in Mactan, Cebu. The team came up with a logo and primer, as well as succeeding corporate identity collaterals such as billboard and sales agent guides. The project is still ongoing.

Royal Oceancrest Mactan is a safe haven for wellness and leisure, equipped with cozy units, pool, gym, gardens, clubhouse, and more. Putting two and two together, we conceived the slogan “Your Gateway, Your Getaway”.
Building dreams. Real estate speaks a different language— there is a need to construct a brand identity that visualizes
dreams of the future.

Cool blues are old news. In a smart effort to stand out, we went the tropical route – adding greens, yellows, and oranges that complement a nautical blue landscape. These colors are refreshingly familiar, reminiscent of an island paradise that Primary Homes’ middle-income Filipino investor could envision.
The Dual Story team came up with a logo and primer, as well as succeeding corporate identity collaterals such as billboard, brochures, presentations, blogs, and sales agent guides.

Brand equity at play. After brand development, their first tower was sold out within two months. Royal Oceancrest Mactan is on its way to fully closing its second tower amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
