Johanna Michelle Lim

“Michelle has over 16 years of experiences as a creative, with a multi-disciplinary background in writing, design, community development, and of course, brand strategy.
Michelle is a former Brand Manager of a multi-national coffee chain and went on to found Dual Story as a communications arm for those who want to do good and look good. She is also the co-founder of Damgo, a non-government organization for fisherfolk income augmentation.
Michelle is a staunch advocate for using creativity and communications as a means for economic development, social impact, and positive change.”
Jet Luga
HEAD CONTENT DIRECTOR
STORY
Jet has been working as a professional writer for more than 7 years. He has serviced both local and offshore clients in varying industries including software development, business development, hospitality, food and beverage, property development, e-commerce, and more. His portfolio boasts a wide range of writing assignments such as blog articles, social media copy, company profiles, press releases, and website content to name a few.
He also works as a ghostwriter and has written more than 50 books that were published by clients and are available worldwide as of 2021. His areas of expertise in book ghostwriting cover historical non-fiction, health and fitness, self-help, financial literacy and management, and fiction.
Currently, he is in the process of starting the first full-service writing agency in the Philippines called The Little Writer, aside from being the Head Content Director for Dual Story, Inc.
Charm de Leon
FINANCE DIRECTOR
STORY
Charmaine De Leon is a full-time entrepreneur and advocate for financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Armed with a business-mindset as a youngling, Charm founded her first business in 2015 called District Events, the company that was responsible for Pop District Bazaar. In that same year, she also helped found Sugbo Mercado, the premiere weekend night food market in Cebu.
Since then, Charm has also been working as the financial director for Dual Story, Inc. while also establishing her YouTube channel and online media persona, Ready2Adult PH. Charm continually uses her platforms to push for her advocacy of elevating the state of financial intelligence and entrepreneurial spirit in the Philippines.
Charm graduated from the University of San Carlos and is a fully licensed architect.
Joy Carpio-Pacursa
CREATIVE DIRECTOR

“Joy Carpio-Pacursa has explored the world of design — from brand identity and user experience to photography and illustration — for the last 12 years.
Her passion for purposeful design is only second to her passion to support and inspire fellow creatives. Joy founded The Good Creatives, a mentorship community that gives design beginners access to professionals and experts.
She was formerly a Visual Communications Director in Kuwait and London, co-creating with multinational brands like Alghanim Industries, Safat Home, X-cite Electronics, Wansa, Alargan Real Estate, Franklin Marshall, Clas Ohlson, and Al Rifai.”
Bunny Bailoses
SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
STORY
Bunny has been a passionate creative since the early age of 3. From winning a national art competition in high school, to taking in diverse creative works (painting, photography and branding to name a few) in college, she has been a versatile artist and designer. She has also tested her grit, and resourcefulness while previously working as a graphic designer for events, and an art teacher for kids.
She lives for slow mornings, fresh ideas, impactful art and purposeful design. She truly believes in lifelong learning and genuinely enjoys creating new things- experiencing and translating life one artwork, one design at a time.
Sai Dalanon
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
STORY
Sai began his employment under Dual Story during 2020 and has since blossomed to become one of the company’s most reliable graphic designers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising Arts from the University of San Carlos and has been in charge of personally overseeing the brand identity development of various corporate accounts for Dual Story.
