STORY

ANTHILL Fabric Gallery is a social and cultural enterprise working on elevating Filipino culture through contemporary and circular design. As part of their brand buildup, ANTHILL tapped Dual Story to work on several campaigns including their Weaving Pride June Campaign, Artefino Campaign, and their website blog posts.

First of its kind.
Aside from selling rainbow items for Pride Month, ANTHILL took a clearer, more conscious step to stand with the LGBTQ+ community through the Weaving Pride Campaign— a digital campaign built on the brave and honest stories of LGBTQ+ weave wearers.

Multi-hyphenated ambassadors. Utilizing the raw voices of weave wearers, we invited a diverse set of ambassadors from the LGBTQ+ community – Theatre Actress Margot Frasco, Entrepreneur Carlo Villarica, Financial Consultant Meryl del Gallego-Martinez, Poet Isan de Jesus, and Physical Therapist Van Go – and hinged the campaign on the dynamic question, “what does pride mean to you?”

“I feel heard.”
The Weaving Pride Campaign was a success as soon as heartfelt messages from LGBTQ+ members and allies poured in. Going beyond virality and vanity metrics, the campaign was always meant to show that weaves are for everyone, in whatever spectrum of the rainbow.
