STORY

Bo’s Coffee is the biggest homegrown coffee chain in the Philippines with over 100 branches. Partnering with the brand since 2014, Dual Story integrated the value proposition, “Your Homegrown Brew”, into the brand’s visual tangible elements including in their logomarks, store design, anniversary campaigns, merchandise, and events.

Bo’s Coffee went digital with the Bo’s Coffee Advanced Ordering BOTTY, a chatbot that lets coffee enthusiasts order from their phones and #SkipTheLine. The team organized its launch event in the heart of Cebu City, gathering 25+ influencers in a week’s time and driving media mileage up.
 

On the ground. Casting a spotlight on BOTTY’s ease of use, a brand activation team led by Dual Story walked the streets of Asiatown IT Park and invited caffeine-loving busybodies to order free coffee through the chatbot. 

 

We garnered 200+ orders in three hours and generated social mentions from 20+ influencers.
